GX Media produced a series of videos for Knox County Schools detailing the new strategic compensation model for teachers. Using information and photographs provided by the KCS Communications department, video production specialist Brian Greer shot interviews with various school personnel and edited three videos that were shown to every teacher in the school system.
The first video is an introduction to the new compensation model featuring an interview with the superintendent. The second video is an overview of how the system works, and the third video details how teachers are evaluated.
